DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Job Description :
 
  • Membuat rencana kerja dan budget tahunan.
  • Membuat dan menjabarkan rencana dalam bentuk program kerja dan jadwal kegiatan serta kebutuhan tenaga kerja, alat dan bahan berdasarkan budget tahunan yang telah disetujui yang disesuaikan dengan kondisi lapangan.
  • Membuat Rencana Kerja Tahunan (RKT), Rencana Kerja Bulanan (RKB) dan Rencana Kerja Harian (RKH) untuk afdeling dan memastikan pelaksanaannya sesuai dengan rencana yang telah disusun.
  • Memastikan rencana kerja harian dilakukan sesuai jadwal dan standart yang ditetapkan perusahaan.
  • Melakukan pemeriksaan fisik kegiatan land clearing dan replanting, hasil pekerjaan kontraktor atas pembuatan jalan utama serta sarana dan prasarana.
  • Mengawasi dan memastikan pelaksanaan kultur teknis bibitan sesuai dengan SOP yang ditetapkan perusahaan.
  • Mempersiapkan kebutuhan tenaga kerja, alat dan bahan sesuai dengan kebutuhan dan luasan areal yang akan dipanen.
  • Memastikan seluruh potensi produksi dapat dikeluarkan dan dikirim ke PKS dengan tingkat losses yang minimum.
  • Memastikan seluruh kegiatan pemupukan dan pemeliharaan tanaman serta prasarana di afdeling dapat dicapai sesuai dengan target yang telah ditetapkan pada rencana kerja dan budget.
  • Melakukan kontrol biaya operasional afdeling sesuai dengan budget.
  • Memeriksa buku kegiatan mandor untuk memastikan kesesuaian dengan RKH
  • Membuat laporan bulanan kegiatan operasional / Asisten report, laporan stock dan pengiriman bibit, laporan produksi harian.
  • Memeriksa cuti, laporan pengobatan karyawan, absensi, lembur dan premi karyawan
  • Memonitor pemeliharaan bangunan dan infrastruktur di afdelingnya
  • Melakukan pelatihan terhadap karyawan dan memelihara ketepatan waktu serta keakuratan administrasi afdeling.
  • Memastikan areal kebun di bawah pengawasannya terhindar dari bahaya kebakaran baik yang disebabkan oleh faktor kelalaian maupun unsur kesengajaan serta mengambil langkah-langkah pencegahan terjadinya bahaya kebakaran di areal kebun.
 
Kualifikasi :
 
  • Usia Maksimal 28 tahun,
  • Pengalaman minimal 2 tahun,
  • Bersedia ditempatkan di Kebun Kalimantan Timur,
  • Sehat Jasmani dan Rohani.
