CDP for Japanese Kitchen
- To support the head & Sous chef in their presence
- Organise Commis & demi chefs and delegating tasks.
- Assist sous chefs with Ordering
- To make sure the staff in your section a doing all jobs as shown by the head/sous chef's.
- Minimum have 2-3 years relevant experience
- Good English,High motivation
- Good healthy & Grooming
- Willing to work as a team
