- Undergraduate/Master Degree from a reputable University in Human Resources or related field.
- Minimum of three years of experience in HR Compensation and Benefit.
- Fluent in English in written and verbally.
- Excellent communication and people skills.
- Good understanding of Indonesian labor law and policies.
