- Rebels, internet believers, early adopters, and most importantly – people who thrive in a fun, dynamic, competitive sales culture
- Strategize, plan, execute, manage and report digital media campaigns to drive new user acquisition to include: SEM, Facebook Ads, Adwords, ad networks and other digital media channels
- Experience with CRM and email/sms database marketing is a plus
- Strong focus on mass client acquisition.
- Manage online branding and product campaigns to raise brand awareness.
- Responsible for planning and budgetary control of all digital marketing
- Proactively suggest new marketing channels and evaluate performance.
- Leading relations with local affiliate networks and marketing partners.
- Develop strategic performance marketing solutions.
- Understand user behaviors and monitor trends.
- Work closely with Business Leads to continuously improve.
- 25 - 35
- Bachelors in Marketing or Advertising
- Minimum 2 year experience in the same field
- Have skill set to execute, manage and reporting the whole digital planning activity of SEM, FB ads, ad networks and other media channels
- Regional experience in ASEAN is preferred
- Background in marketing analytics is preferred
- Ability to manage multiple projects and initiatives under tight deadline
- Has managed a team and ability to lead
- Strong interest in startup culture and venture capital environment
- Great communication skills and organized
- Fluent in English
- Legally permitted to work in Indonesia
