    • Using physical channels such as field recruiting, onlocation visits, and special events to recruit drivers/vehicles to our platform
    • Training and promoting best practices amongst drivers on our platform
    • Engendering brand awareness and loyalty amongst drivers on our platform
    • Managing and investigating specific service issues and problems
    • Acheving KPI targets for driver/vehicle recruitment and driver approval ratings

    Desired Skills and Experience

    • Strong interest in working in a dynamic startup company environment
    • Strong interest in working in a service oriented environment
    • Hard work ethic and high integtrity are very important
    • Minimum 3 years experience interacting, recruiting, or managing with drivers and vehicles
    • Good communication, strong confidence, and good interpersonal skills
    • Fluent in Bahasa with good English language skills
