    • Handle customers and drivers requests, as well as external communication with them
    • Multiple various projects to improve content of the website and quality of services
    • Constantly work towards improving customer experience

    Desired Skills and Experience

    • Strong interest in working in a dynamic start-up company environment
    • Strong interest in working in a customer service and support environment
    • Customer Oriented mindset
    • Minimum 2 years prior experience in a customer support or call center agent as a Supervisor/ Team Leader
    • Excellent communication, and customer interpersonal skills
    • English language skills
