- Manage day to day operational non technical activities (manpower management, cashflow, and vendor management).
- Maintain a good relationship with the tenant, and vendor / supplier.
- Ensure all quality control procedures are executed for company project at work site in a timely and efficient manner.
- Make a monthly report in order to control and evaluate monthly operations to Facility Manager.
- To organize, acceptance of the equipment and machinery needed for company project.
- Make a plan implementation activities and cost estimation of maintenance, repair and propose the development of building facilities.
- Fostering, directing and controlling subordinates in carrying out the work.
- Communicate and coordinate with related departments.
- Conduct incident/accident investigations and report recommended actions to management.
- To control and manage non technical related workscope (Security, Housekeeping, Parking and Food Court) for shopping center.
