  • Supervise of data process for overtime, allowance and other data support for payroll process
  • Provide support on GA and external realtionship with proactive and initiative approach
  • Monitoring, analyzing and provide proper initiative on industrial relation development
  • Supervise on training and development program
  • Assist HR Manager for some data preparation and or clerical matters for several HR Reports
  • Support function to handle BPJS Kesehatan and other employee benefit matter
  • Support function for HR Dept KPI
  • Other ad-hoc project as assigned
Requirements :
  • Minimum 28 years old
  • Minimum Diploma in law or relevant
  • Having minimum 5 years of experience in similar position
  • Having basic knowledge of HR processes and attitude as an HR Executive (Spv level)
  • Minimum basic skill of computer and english
  • Ability and experience to handle industrial relation matter and experience in handling union
  • Proper competency on SOP implementation and development
  • Proper competency on Training and Development
  • Experience on GA matters and CSR handling would be an advantage
  • Ability to manage multiple task and handle pressure
  • Demonstrated strong team work skills
  • Having residential or willing to be located at Merak or Cilegon area

Together with the improvements at our existing key locations, the strengthening of our service levels and our defined divestment program of assets, the risk-return profile of our global terminal portfolio will be further aligned with the defined strategic criteria.
