    SSP, Select Service Partner a re-knowned UK Food Traveler expert with businesses over 29 countries in the last 47 years, has now made its way into Indonesia under a joint partnership with TG Group. The new role is based in Jakarta, Indonesia and will primarily support the business in the new Jakarta Airport.

As this is a start up role, we invite suitably qualified candidates with good track records in Operational aspects of HR to join us and play a big part in this exciting journey.
     
     
    Assistant HR Manager

    Key job responsibilities include-

    1. Recruitment and Selection
    Ensure restaurants/ stores are sufficiently staffed required headcount equipped with the relevant skills and efficiency.

    2. HR Administration
    Ensure statutory compliance is administered and follow through required documentation to support every stage of employee’s life cycle.(Eg; Offer, Orientation, Confirmation, Training, Promotion, Termination, Transfers, Leave administration)

    3. Payroll Administration
    Ensure pay is processed in the most accurate and timely fashion. Data integrity and confidentiality is not compromised at all times.
     
    4. HR KPI Reporting
    Responsible for presenting Jakarta’s weekly and monthly labour and manhour estimates with reference to budgeted labour costs and manhours projected by the group. 
     
    5. Onboarding and Training
    Support the Operations by coordinating onboarding and commencement of new hire to ensure manpower is deployed in most timely and complete manner.
    Identify training needs/ process and support operations where necessary in administering brand training to new staff members.

    6. Employee Management and Engagement
    Grievance handling, reporting incidents of whistleblowers to the Snr Manager and resolving people concerns to achieve operational efficiency and value. Connecting to staff and Operations manager to jointly recognize and rectify valid barriers to workforce excellence.
     
     
    Job Requirements   

    •Bachelor's degree and a minimum of two (2) to four (4) years’ experience in the services sector (Preferred Eg: F&B, FMCG, Retail) OR any similar combination of education and experience
    •Ability to converse in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
    •Solid working knowledge of employment/labour laws and employee benefit related regulations
    •Possess good organizational, problem solving, analytical and interpersonal skills
    •Prioritizes and manages multiple projects simultaneously, and follows through on issues in a timely manner
    •Mature and able to ensure high confidentiality
    •Strong computer skills in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
