    DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

    MANAGER SALES ENERGY
     
    Responsibilities:
    • Marketing Survey and Budget
    • Identify new customers and new business opportunities
    • To develop, propose, and executive creative also effective marketing strategies to achieve business objectives
    • Assist in all marketing and promotional activities, ranging from Public Relations, Brand Marketing, and Sales Promotions
    Sales and Order Volume Forecasts
    • Maintain communications with clients to ensure the clients expectations are being met, relay results, and additional requirements to the appropriate operations manager
    • Work with purchasing department to obtain the required sales materials and services
    • Provide sales and product trainings to distributors and end users
    • Grow new product sales tasked by management
    Cost Control and Tendering
    • Checking and updating of tender projects and submission
    • Update all client contacts in company's master contacts files
    • Prepare sales reports and presentations to management
    Customer Satisfaction
    • Attend to customer enquiries and handling feedback
    • Maintain communications with clients to ensure the clients expectations are being met, relay results, and additional requirements to the appropriate operations manager
    Requirements:
    • Candidates must be possess at least Bachelor's Degree of Engineering (Mechanical, Mettalurgy or Industry) or equivalent
    • Minimum having more than 3 years of working experiences at Oil & Gas.
    • Having good understanding about valve type and specifications (oil and gas) and PTK 007 Rev 3 is a must.
    • Minimum having 5 years of relevant posision
    • Understanding about valve type, specifications, and characteristics
    • Good leadership, self-motivated, and result oriented
    • Able to work within strict deadlines and high pressure situations
    • Effective communication skills, presentation, and negotiation skills
    • Able to developing market and customers also influence and impact customers
    • Willing to travel and having drive license (A)
    • Full-Time position(s) available
     
    SALES ENERGY

    Responsibilities:
    • Searching for new customers
    • Traveling and regular visit to potential customers
    • Establishing new and maintaining existing relationship with customers
    • Negotiating and closing customers
    • Reach sales target
    • Preparing regular report for sales manager
    • Developing market and customers
    Requirements:
    • Candidate must be possess at least Bachelor’s Degree of Engineering (Mechanical, Industry, Metallurgy) or equivalent with reputable university
    • Minimum having 3 years of working experiences at Oil & Gas.
    • Having good understanding about valve type and specifications (oil and gas) and PTK 007 Rev 3 is a must.
    • Good leadership, self-motivated oriented, good oral and written communication in English
    • Able to work with strict deadlines and high pressure situations
    • Having good communication skills
    • Strong  listening, questioning, presentation, and negotiation skills
    • Multitasking person
    • Willing to travel and having drive license (A)
    • Good oral and written communication in English is a must
