Operations Coordinator (Montessori School)



    • Oversee all daily operations of Kinder Playhouse, Kinder Daycare and Kinder Library
    • Supervise Playhouse, Daycare and Library staff in their daily responsibilities.
    • Create and monitor staff scheduling for Playhouse staff, Daycare staff, Cashier, Cleaning Service staff and Librarians.
    • Make weekly lesson plans and scheduling for Daycare children.
    • Ensure daily meals are provided timely for Daycare children.
    • Maintain good communication with Daycare children’s parents.
    • Assist with operational matters in all areas in the Center (i.e. Lobby, Preschool, Daycare, Playhouse, Library, Shop).
    • Monitor safety and hygiene in all facilities in the Center.
    Job Requirements :
    • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, any field.
    • At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
    • Applicants must be willing to work in Gading Serpong,Tangerang.
    • Preferably Supervisor / Coordinators specializing in Education or equivalent.
    • Passionate about children and education
    • Good command of English both written and spoken
    • Full-Time position(s) available.
