- Responsible for planning , monitoring and carrying out an evaluation of the amount of labor required by the company
- Develop new employee recruitment selection procedures
- Advertise a job , doing sort of application, conduct psychological tests and interviews early to get a suitable job candidates
- Carry out activities of coaching , training and other activities related to the development of employees in accordance with company standards
- Maximum 27 years old
- Bachelor Degree (S1) Psychology
- Fresh graduate are welcome
- Understanding the recruitment and training procedures
- Understand the psychological tests (able to do a psychological test and scoring tests)
- Good speak in English preferable and computer literate.
- Strong interpersonal, flexible, highly motivated person and good communication skills
- Ready to be placed in Jakarta or Purwakarta
