DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

  • Responsible for planning , monitoring and carrying out an evaluation of the amount of labor required by the company
  • Develop new employee recruitment selection procedures
  • Advertise a job , doing sort of application, conduct psychological tests and interviews early to get a suitable job candidates 
  • Carry out activities of coaching , training and other activities related to the development of employees in accordance with company standards 
 
Requirements :
 
  • Maximum 27 years old
  • Bachelor Degree (S1) Psychology
  • Fresh graduate are welcome
  • Understanding the recruitment and training procedures
  • Understand the psychological tests (able to do a psychological test and scoring tests)
  • Good speak in English preferable and computer literate.
  • Strong interpersonal, flexible, highly motivated person and good communication skills
  • Ready to be placed in Jakarta or Purwakarta
