- Responsible for performing all aspects recruitment and staffing for the company
- Screening (increasing candidate's resume) Recruiting (including advertising and soliciting resumes from qualified candidates), Assessment's candidate (knowledge and skill) and hiring for multiple positions concurrently
- Detail oriented (having zero tolerance for errors)
- Skilled researching, investigating and garnering info from any sources
- Select, Implementing an interview technique, administrative work
- Report (weekly and monthly) for any recruiting progress to the manager
- Able to work in team
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Human Resource Management, Psychology or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Maximum age of 29 years old
- Have experience in mass recruiting is a plus
- Able to understand Mandarin language is a plus
- Preferable if candidate able to perform psychological test and processing the result
- Exceptional work ethnic, strong values and principles
- Able to work well independently and with minimal supervision

By December 2016 our office will move to Sinar Mas Land Green Office Park, BSD Serpong (Near The Breeze). Company will provide Free Employee Shuttle from Grand Slipi Tower to BSD.
