- Receive, direct and relay telephone messages.
- Greet company guest, partner, or applied candidates to the office.
- Arrange and book meeting room and company’s car for office purpose.
- Relay appointments from company’s guest, partner or applied candidates to the responsible user.
- Receive a package or document for company or Nakama.
- Diploma/Bachelor Degree in any major. Minimum education level high school, average score is 8.
- Well-mannered, good attitude.
- Fluent in English.
- Good in verbal and writing communication.
- Able to multi-task and time management.
- Strong in problem solving and analysis skill.
