Do you like to meet people and worry to have a boring job? Have a good manner and willing to spread a positive vibes? This position is perfectly suit you. You are gonna be the first person to see when people come into our office. So make sure you have the Tokopedia’s standard quality and a big smile on your face.
 
Responsibilities
  • Receive, direct and relay telephone messages.
  • Greet company guest, partner, or applied candidates to the office.
  • Arrange and book meeting room and company’s car for office purpose.
  • Relay appointments from company’s guest, partner or applied candidates to the responsible user.
  • Receive a package or document for company or Nakama.
 
Requirements
  • Diploma/Bachelor Degree in any major. Minimum education level high school, average score is 8.
  • Detail-oriented.
  • Well-mannered, good attitude.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Good in verbal and writing communication.
  • Able to multi-task and time management.
  • Strong in problem solving and analysis skill.
  • Attractive.
