    DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

    Responsibilities:
     
    • Make ticket reservation in accordance with customer orders
    • Controlling and reporting issued ticket and refund ticket
     
    General Requirements:
     
    • Good looking and neat
    • Fluent in English (written and spoken), Japanese would be an advantage
    • Graduated from SMIP / SMK Tourism, Bachelor Degree majoring in Travel & Tourism from reputable Academic/ University
    • Able to work as a team or individual or under pressure and have responsibilities to the job
    • Able to operate MS Office (word, excel, power point), email, etc.
    • Customer Service oriented, good attitude, good presentation, negotiation and communication skill
    • Self-starter, independent and proactive
    • Familiar with Abacus/Galileo/Altea system, etc.
     
    Special Requirements:
     
    • Have a minimum of 4 year experience in ticketing at Tour and Travel Agency/Company
