DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Responsibilities:
  • Builds market position by locating, developing, defining, negotiating, and closing business relationships.
  • Prepare construction business strategy in order to gain sales volume in Indonesia
  • Work with the team to develop and expand Pre-Engineering Buildings sales channel of direct owners, Contractors, builder, agents or new potential channel
  • Meet and keep relationship with both existing customers and prospective customers.
  • Work with engineering technical support team to closes new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; integrating contract requirements with related function.
  • Locates or proposes potential construction business deals by contacting potential partners, agent, owner, builder; discovering and exploring opportunities.

Requirement:
  • Civil Engineer is preferred
  • Some back ground in Sales and Marketing
  • Having closing skill to motivation for Sales, Prospecting Skills, Sales Planning, Selling to Customer Needs
  • Good English ability
  • Experience in business strategy planning and presentation
  • Experience in construction business at least 3 year
  • Very good construction network
  • Good knowledge in steel construction is a plus.
  • Well understand construction market trend both indonesia and international.
  • Self-motivated attitude and customer service orientation
