- Builds market position by locating, developing, defining, negotiating, and closing business relationships.
- Prepare construction business strategy in order to gain sales volume in Indonesia
- Work with the team to develop and expand Pre-Engineering Buildings sales channel of direct owners, Contractors, builder, agents or new potential channel
- Meet and keep relationship with both existing customers and prospective customers.
- Work with engineering technical support team to closes new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; integrating contract requirements with related function.
- Locates or proposes potential construction business deals by contacting potential partners, agent, owner, builder; discovering and exploring opportunities.
- Civil Engineer is preferred
- Some back ground in Sales and Marketing
- Having closing skill to motivation for Sales, Prospecting Skills, Sales Planning, Selling to Customer Needs
- Good English ability
- Experience in business strategy planning and presentation
- Experience in construction business at least 3 year
- Very good construction network
- Good knowledge in steel construction is a plus.
- Well understand construction market trend both indonesia and international.
- Self-motivated attitude and customer service orientation
