    • Paper import & export Consultation and Order Management
    • Assist the head of the company to ensure the assignment or project is completed on time
    • Assist the head of the company to responsible for the project management function
    • Active in managing office communications, letters and documents and other duties as instructed
    • Managing & Organizing documents, file and gathering information
    • Attending meetings and functions
    • Handling clients, government officials and guests
    Requirements :
    • Maximum age 30 years old
    • More than 2 years Career in Paper import & export company
    • Domiciled in Jakarta, priority in South Jakarta
    • Fluency in English for Speaking & Writing
    • Proficiency in Computer knowledge (Microsoft Office, Internet)
    • Professional and friendly communication skills for oral, written, and face-to-face interaction with clients, government officials and guests
    • Ability to multi-task and work quickly
    • Must be comfortable and willing to take responsibility, deadlines and the associated processes
    • Work well with others, coordinate with firm Management
    • Open to learning new things and take direction well
    • Good organization and time management skills
    • Smart, honest, attractive and willing to work hard
    • Healthy, fit and focus on work
