DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

  • Creating inspiring and genuine juicing experience for customers
  • Supervise store crew in genuine, fresh and honest attitude
  • Ensure all company policies, store standard and procedures are communicated and followed effectively to store crew
  • Contribute to increase sales at store and creatively seeking opportunity to achieve best store target
  • Give best and inspiring service excellence to customers
  • Maintain and monitor daily, weekly and monthly sales reports
Requirements :
  • Age 24 – 27 years old
  • Minimum education background in high school or vocational high school, major in hospitality & F&B is preferable
  • Outgoing, genuine and eager to learn
  • English proficiency will be the advantage
  • Have good experience and track record in F&B, hospitality, and retail industry
  • Good communication and team management skills
  • Self-driven and enthusiastic with a passion of excellent customer service
  • Willing to work in shift and during public holidays
  • Domicile in Jakarta and Tangerang area

Lingkungan yang kurang harmonis dimana terkadang saling menyalahkan antara satu dengan yang lain sehingga target lumayan sulit dicapai karena kerja sama yang kurang.
