Main Responsibilities :
  • Receive the incoming calls and transfer to the person concerned
  • Greet the guest and inform the person concerned about the guest and the purposes
  • Assist for the Administration Work
  • Booking and arrange meeting room based on request
General Requirements :
  • Minimum Diploma Degree from any major
  • Preferably 1 year working experience as a receptionist
  • Good Interpersonal Skill
  • Good Command in English both of Written and Spoken
  • Computer Literate (Microsoft Office)
