Requirement :
• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor degree any field,
• School of Tourism background will be advantage
• Good time management
• Have a good customer service skill
• Good personality and communication skill
Good Command of English (Oral, Written, and Listening)
• Good organizer skill
• Experienced working in Assistance Company will be advantage.
• Willing to travel (International or Domestic)
• Able to work well in a team, as well as independently
• Preferred people that are able to work in shifting schedule and overtime
• Exposure to the Microsoft Office suite of products including Word, Excel and Outlook
Responsibility :
• Handling of inbound and outbound calls from insurance and corporate clients
• Follow all operating procedure
• Assisting the clients with their needs and inquiry of our services via phone or email
• Liaise with providers on service arrangements
• Ensure the company’s services comply with terms and conditions of insurance policy or guidelines of each clients
