Job Description :
 
  • Maintain director’s appointment schedule by planning and scheduling meetings, conferences, teleconferences and travel
  • To assist director on daily matters which may include private needs
  • by keeping information confidential
  • To ensure the efficient handling of secretarial worls and other assignments including confidential matter
  • To take minutes of meeting, maintain records and make sure each department fulfill the duty
  • Perform other duties as assigned or required
 
Requirements :
 
  • Higher Diploma / Bachelor Degree is a must (Management/ Accounting/ IT)
  • Above average skills with Microsoft Office 
  • Excellent written and oral communication English skills
  • Strong administrative and personal assistant skills
  • Positive attitude in every situation and able to work under pressure
  • At least 2 years experience as Corporate Secretary or Personal Assistant to Director in leading company
  • Has own vehicle
  • Preferably stay at Jakarta Barat
