    Responsibilities :
    • Prepare BOD Meeting and weekly meeting
    • Prepare Minutes of Meeting
    • Filing corporate document
    • Distribution ingoing letter
    • Prepare power point presentation for BoD
    • Assist HR Department

    Requirements :
    • Age maximum 30 years old
    • Minimum Bachelor Degree from reputable university in any discipline.
    • Minimum 1 year experience in related field.
    • Good command of English both speaking and writing.
    • Good looking and have a good appearance.
    • Able to perform administrative duties.
    • Able to manage pressure and conflicting demands and prioritize tasks and workload.
    • Excellent skills in teamwork also management skills.
    • Quick, confident, detailed, hard worker, proactive and dead line fulfillment oriented
