  • Menganalisa kebutuhan training karyawan (TNA)
  • Membuat program training
  • Membuat dan mengembangkan modul training
  • Mengevaluasi program training yang sudah dilakukan
  • Menyusun sistem performance appraisal
 
 
Requirement :
 
  • Usia maksimal 30 tahun
  • Pendidikan minimal S1 atau S2 semua jurusan
  • Memiliki pengalaman di bidang training minimal 2 tahun
  • Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi dan hubungan interpersonal yang baik
  • Memiliki kemampuan analisa yang baik
