Product Development Technologist



    • To coordinate and execute the industrial trials to achieve and fulfill product requirements at BCI
    • Lead Local Product Committee at BCI  
    • To review internal product specification and product recipe database (on monthly basis or when necessary if changes needed), and responsible in validating and monitoring the implementation together with OSCO and QA.  
    • To provide support for industrial trials at Makassar and Bandung  
    • Min. Bachelor Degree in Food Technology, Food Science, Chemistry or other equivalent background.        
    • Experienced in product development / product applications / process in food industry is added advantage.       
    • Knowledge or specific business understanding      
    • Fluent in English (written and oral) is required. Excellent analytical, multitasking and sensory evaluation skills. Ability to work independently and under pressure. Willingness to learn and take over new responsibilities and challenges.
