• Fully responsible for all recruitment activities globally, including the hiring for the offices in the United States, Germany, Australia, and China.
  • Managing a team of recruiters who will mostly handle below managerial level hiring (including Factories' Operators), while in the same time handling the end-to-end recruitment process of managerial level and above.
  • Become a business partner to all hiring managers. Maintain close communications.
  • Visiting the Factories in Tangerang (Cikupa and Bitung) regularly to monitor and ensure proper recruitment practice is in place.
  • Improve the recruitment process and system continuously.
Job Requirement
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, any field.
  • Fluency in English is a must.
  • At least 5 year(s) of working experience in doing high quality recruitment.
  • Willing to be mobile. Travelling to Tangerang for Factory Visit.
  • Experience working in well-known headhunter firm will be a plus.
  • Experience working in export-oriented manufacturing companies with a lot of exposure to the hirings of professionals within the export sales, production, engineering, maintenance, quality, R&D, and supply chain sectors will be a great advantage.
