DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Job Purpose:
• To establish, implement, maintain and improve HSE System within Prysmian in Indonesia.
• To ensure that HSE objectives are achieved.
• To ensure overall effectiveness of the HSE System within Prysmian operations in Indonesia.
• To achieve HSE goals/objectives
 
Responsibilities:
• To ensure consistency of the objectives and their application relating to the Prysmian Cables  Indonesia HSE Management System and the requirements of ISO 14000, OHSAS18001, and Health-Safety-Environment matters.
• To manage and respond HSE (Health, Safety and Environment)
• To oversee the establishment, implementation and maintenance of the HSE System within Prysmian Cables Indonesia
• To collect information concerning opportunities for Improvement.
• Training of Prysmian Cables Indonesia personnel on all matters affecting HSE Management and HSE Improvement;
• To assist Managers with the development, implementation and maintenance of the company’s HSE System and, to ensure that HSE requirements are not subordinated to any prejudicial interests;
• To identify and record any business operation or HSE system non-conformities;
• To recommend and initiate action to prevent the occurrence of HSE system or operational nonconformity’s;
• To initiate, recommend or provide solutions through the appropriate channels;
• To verify the implementation of corrective and preventive actions and solutions.
• To conduct arrange and Internal Quality Audits within the organization and maintain appropriate records.
• To foster increasing focus on the customer / client satisfaction and HSE in Indonesia.
• In the absence of the National QHSE Manager, the President Director shall assume the aforesaid responsibilities.
• To prepare the factory’s  HSE objectives and target.
• To update on monthly, six monthly and yearly all company database on the performance of the HSE relevant information.
 
Job Spesification:
• Bachelor Degree in Engineering or any related majors.
• At least 1-3 years suitable HSE experience.
• Experience in handling industrial relations, recruitment and assessment, training, people development, etc.
Excellent command of spoken and written English.
• Experience within a rapidly changing organization in Multinational Company preferably within a Manufacturing environment.
• Excellent communicator and presentation and leadership skills
• Highly organized with strong time management skills, able to meet tight deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Have any related certification in HSE will be an advantage.
• Applicants must be willing to work in Cikampek.
