  • Policy development and documentation
  • Maintain the human resources information system and employee database
  • Handling all general affair matter
  • Employment and compliance to regulatory concern regarding employees
  • Administer employee discipline processes
  • Company employee and community communication
  • Maintain knowledge of legal requirement and govenment reporting regulations affecting HR functions
  • Etc
 
Requirements :
 
  • Maximum age 40 years old
  • Graduated from  Bachelor (S1) Degree
  • Having a degree in magister of Professional Psychology or Magister of Human Resources Management is an advantage
  • Having  experience as HR & GA Manager, minimum 2 years
  • Experience in managing  recruitment, training & development, psychological assessment, and other human resource and general affair aspects
  • Strong leadership, good interpersonal & communication skills
  • Deep understanding on HR/ GA Management system and development
  • Having Good Skill in Computer and English
  • Having strong leadership, and having high motivation and commitment to achieve target
  • Able to perform good work under pressure and time limit

Jumlah gaji yang diberikan bisa dibilang lumayan besar dan memuaskan, karena kesejahteraan keluarga cukup meningkat setelah saya bekerja di perusahaan ini
