    • Properly handle day to day all operations of the HR functions and duties
    • Handle recruitment and termination process
    • Prepare employement agreement and conduct initial orientation to newly hired employees
    • Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations
    • Handle payroll with providing relevant data (timesheet, absences, leaves, etc.)
    • Properly handle complaints and grievance procedures
    • Compile and update employee information record include relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, MCU, BPJS, Medical Insurance, training, grievances, performance evaluations etc)
    • Communicate with public services when necessary
    • Assist in tender process
    Qualification :
    • Maximum Age 30 Years Old
    • At least have 2 years experience in same position
    • Minimum S1 from reputable University
    • Good oral & writtens english skills
    • Good communication skill
    • Have knowledge in HR Policies & Procedures, Indonesian Labour Law, Recruitment, Development and Termination process
    • Prepare and monitoring documents or reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, New Staff’s Contract, training, grievances, performance evaluations etc)
