Job Description :
 
  • Responsible to end-to-end Recruitment process, Job posting, shorlisted & Interview
  • Having knowledge & capable on Psychology Test, analysis & final scoring
  • Conduct on orientation & introduction program
  • Create and manage Job description for all of department
  • Planning and organize Man Power for 31 store & Head office
  • Planing and scheduling Training program

Requirements :
 
  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor's Degree Psychology or equivalent
  • Having 1-2 years relevant experience in similar position, preferably from fashion retail industry.
  • Good computer literate,  able to operate MS Office Apps
  • Have good interpersonal and communication skill,
  • Have good analytical thinking and problem solving,
  • Hard working, self motivated, Proactive, Fast Learner,
  • Good adaptability, Flexibility
  • Will be placed at Kelapa Gading Area, Jakarta
  • Willing to work outside the office and outside the area of jakarta
