Area Sales Coordinator (Base : Madiun)


    We're recruiting for the role Area Sales Coordinator (Base : Madiun).

    Responsibilities :

    • Sales Officers is to lead and motivate the employees in the group of sales . 
    • Assist the Area Sales Manager in achieving sales goals and objectives, by implementing and revising sales strategies and by directing and motivating the sales team.
    • As part of implementing sales campaigns: assign territories and leads, set attainable objectives by forecasting quotas, and help sales representatives improve their performance 
    • Maintain a pristine record of customer satisfaction in accordance with company policy.
      Control and monitoring of trade promo implementation, discount program, price changes, deals, promotions, etc

    Qualifications :

    • Min. Bachelor Degree with emphasis on sales or marketing or business.
    • Min. one or two years experiences in Sales field. Experience in Food and Beverage company is an advantage.
    • Good business sense.
    • Good selling skills, including closing ability, negotiation, as well as excellent people skills.
    • Willing to work in high mobility.
