Job Description

  • Manage, coordinate and plan warehouse, transportation and logistic
  • Keep track of quality, stock level, delivery times, transport cost and efficiency.
  • Resolve any arising problems and complains regarding logistic matters
  • Supervise, coach and train warehouse, transportation and logistic worker.
  • Meet cost efficiency and productivity.
  • Implement continous improvement.


Requirement :

  • Male Min 27 years old max 40 years old.
  • Proven track record min 2 years on logistic, warehouse, transportation or SCM
  • Min S1 degree from all major
  • Integrity, Customer Oriented, Ownership, Exellence, Teamwork and Out Of The Box

Ada program gathering di luar negeri yang dilakukan minimal sekali dalam setahun sehingga kesempatan untuk jalan-jalan ke luar negeri pun jadi lebih banyak.

Cons

Terlalu banyak pegawai yang keluar seenaknya. Upah lemburan yang telah dijanjikan di awal masuk kerja, tidak pernah direalisasikan oleh atasan sehingga pegawai pun tidak betah dengan perusahaan.
