Key Responsibilities :
- Seeks and prospect to win new customers
- Plans and manages small Business Customers
- Builds rapport and trust with customers by being informed about customer's business and the market via phone, email and other communication channels
- Assesses the type and size of customer needs
- Recommends solutions based on customer needs by using industry knowledge or expertise
- Closes business connecting a customer need with a DHL solution and highlighting the value it may create for the customer
- Supports customer retention by regular calls to ensure service satisfaction, providing information useful to the customer and introducing additional services to the customer
- Bachelor's degree preferably majoring in communication
- At least 3 years' experiences as a Telesales
- Broad understanding of the forwarding industry and deep knowledge on DGF products (AFR/OFR) and business models
- Good communication in English (verbal/written) is a must
- Advanced skill on Ms. Excel
- Good Administration skills
- Cooperative working with others to achieve targets and objectives
- High degree of self-confidence, initiative and commitment
- Willing to be placed in Soewarna Business Park, Soekarno Hatta Airport area (free shuttle bus is provided at Bekasi, Blok M, Bintaro, Rawamangun, Tangerang and UKI meeting points).
