• Achieve sales target weekly, monthly and yearly
• Produce regular reports of sales progress and plan
• Confer with customers to provide information about products or services, take or enter orders.
• Solicit sales of new or additional services or products.
• Keep records of customer interactions or transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, or comments, as well as actions taken.
• Complete contract forms, prepare change of address records.
• Determine charges for services requested.
• Contact customers to respond to inquiries or to notify them of claim investigation results or any planned adjustments.
• At least 2 (two) years experience working as a sales.
• Excellent English proficiency both oral and writing (Fluent in one or more Western European language or East Asian language will be an advantage).
• Excellent in writing reports and business corespondences.
• Possess an outgoing personality with a good looking and well groomed appearance.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Hardworking, creative thinking and love challenge.
• Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements
• Candidate must be competitive, result driven, have a good time management skill, attention to detail, customer focus orientation
• Willingness to work under high pressure with tight target.
• Able to work a flexible schedule as needed and participate in activities outside of regular office hours.
