As part of Operations Department, the main objective of this service is to ensure that health services is delivered well and meet with the company’s requirement and government regulations.

Brief scope of work

  • Handling incoming / outgoing communications (phone calls, email, faxes) notably from international clients and / or patients requiring medical help in Indonesia and South East Asia
  • Collecting medical reports and maintain proper records in each case files
  • To perform medical evaluations, recommendation and monitoring of all assigned medical cases
  • To participate in possible local or regional evacuations as a medical escort
  • Assist the Operations Coordinator in the logistics of all assistances services provided by Global Assistance & Healthcare
  • Properly use and maintain of the equipment at the Employee’s disposal,
  • Taking care of all medical equipment and to make sure it is always ready for a medical evacuation whilst always ensuring the hygiene of the equipment. (Hygiene, of the equipment, drugs, disposables and the storage room facility in general),
  • To ensure the permanent quality of the service to Clients,
  • Reporting all requirements set by the prevailing laws and regulations, the request for evacuation and other request as well as the complaints of the clients,  
  • Coordinating and following up the case with international clients


  • Female Doctor whom Certified in ACLS, ATLS & Hiperkes
  • Preferably post PTT and having STR
  • Fluent spoken & written both English & Bahasa Indonesia
  • Minimum 1.5 years experience in the same fields and familiar with insurance, claim or travel / hospitality sectors
  • Willing to work shifts
