    Job Summary:
    Implement appropriate handling process Un-delivery based on SOP & create a daily report undelivered packages.
    • Tracing and giving shipment information to recipient, customer, and Lazada
    • Follow up any customer request for return & redelivery packages
    • Create daily report of redelivery and return packages
    • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Mass Communications or equivalent.
    • At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
    • Applicants must be willing to work in Goro - Kelapa Gading.
    • Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor)s specializing in Customer Service or equivalent.
    • Full-Time position(s) available.
    • Proven customer support experience
    • Proficient computer and administration skills
    • Strong organizational & communication (written / oral) skills
    • Customer orientation and ability to adapt / respond to different types of characters
