- Tracing and giving shipment information to recipient, customer, and Lazada
- Follow up any customer request for return & redelivery packages
- Create daily report of redelivery and return packages
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Mass Communications or equivalent.
- At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Goro - Kelapa Gading.
- Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor)s specializing in Customer Service or equivalent.
- Full-Time position(s) available.
- Proven customer support experience
- Proficient computer and administration skills
- Strong organizational & communication (written / oral) skills
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt / respond to different types of characters
