    Job Description :
    • Answering calls and respond to emails
    • Handling customer inquiries both telephonically and by email
    • Identifying, escalate priority issues, manage, and resolve customer complaints
    • Following up customers calls where necessary
    • Document all call information according to standard operating procedures
    • Completing call logs and produce call reports
    • Attend all company meetings, training, share applicable information with management and staff
    • Filing incidents reports documents
    • Demonstrate a high level of profesionalism, honesty, integrity and work ethics
    Job Requirements :
    • Fluent in english and has excellent communication skills.
    • Experience minimum 1 year in a call center environment (inbond/outbond)
    • Able to speak Malay (Malaysia) will be advantage
    • Knowledge of call center telephony
    • Excellent problem-resolution skills and ability to multi tasks in a fast-paced, high volume environment
    • Flexibility in responding to change or business needs
    • Good analytical thinking, detail oriented and high energy level
    • Minimum Diploma/Bachelor's Degree from reputable universities with minimum GPA 2,8
    • Expert in computer skills, expecially Ms. Office Application (Word, Excel, Power Point)
    • Love challenge, good interpersonal skills, honest, hard worker, high pace and high endurance
    Working Hours : Regular Hours (Monday - Friday)

    • Perusahaan yang mempunyai banyak karyawan muda yang masih mempunyai semangat kerja tinggi membuat atmosfer perusahaan cukup menyemangati karyawan dalam bekerja.
    • Peraturan perusahaan masih sering berubah-ubah. Hal ini menunjukan perusahaan masih belum bisa konsisten dengan peraturan yang telah dibuat. Selain itu, kesempatan karir masih belum ada.
