    Overview

    This role is a contract role that will work closely with Google to help reach Indonesian businesses to help them get online and grow their business. This role is responsible for developing and executing a strategy to generate relevant leads for the sales teams . This role needs to find leads for which are businesses that want to invest in their online presence to reach new customers. These businesses might be a removalist company, florist or selling industrial equipment - businesses of many shapes and forms could all benefit from being online.  The product that is sold by Tomato are Adwords one of the best products proven to deliver results to local businesses all around the world, Google Street view Indoor for virtual and business listing of businesses.

     

    Responsibilities

    • You will be the lead in creating, implementing and managing customer acquisition strategies across all digital channels including but not limited to
      • Paid offline marketing and online marketing
      • Partnerships with external associations related to SMBs for example Trade associations, SMB Banks, SMB Telcos, Payment companies
      • Regular events and educational workshops
    • Using top down strategic approach, build a large database of potential companies that Google Partner could reach out to based on particular verticals
    • Work with Google team directly to develop and execute this strategy
    • Organize and run regular acquisition workshops for which SMBs will attend to gain additional knowledge about Adwords. This includes marketing the event through relevant channels to help gain leads

    Requirements

    • Bachelor Degree 
    • 4 years work experience in sales, marketing, events or acquisition management
    • Google product knowledge, local market and Industry knowledge preferably in SMBs.
    • Strong and proven interpersonal skills & managing and building relationships.
    • Must have high digital marketing acumen and a good understanding of the online ecosystem. 
    • Ability to drive a programme or project from start to finish and embrace change, grasp concepts and new technologies quickly.  
    • Must be proactive with a willing attitude and work well in a collaborative environment.
