Job Description
In general, Product Manager responsibilities is to have a vision of what the product to built, and convey that vision to the development team. The product manager does this through product backlog, which is a prioritized features list for the product.
Product manager needs to be available to his or her team in order to achieve the implementation of high quality product.
The product manager role requires working closely with key stakeholders throughout the organization and beyond, so he or she must be able to communicate different messages to different people about the project at any given time.
  • Translate configuration specifications and other technical requirements from predefined business requirement
  • Define reporting and alerting requirements
  • Help design, document and maintain system processes
  • Report on common sources of technical issues or questions and make recommendations to product team
  • Communicate key insights and findings to product team
  • Escalate issues to corresponding key stakeholders of every project
  • Constantly be on the lookout for ways to improve monitoring, discover issues and deliver better value to the customer
  • Minimum experience of 1 year in Business / Systems Analysis or product development project
  • Relevant university degree
  • Proven experience in eliciting requirements
  • Experience in analysing data to draw business-relevant conclusions and in data visualization techniques and tools
  • Strong Analytical Skills
  • Basic knowledge in generating process documentation
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills including technical writing skills
  • Tech savvy with a sense of business
