    Key Responsibilities :
    • Quotation for Sales Unit
    • Order processing and delivery of orders
    • Provide back office support
    • Manage customer database
    • Handle sales administrative functions
    • Support for Collection of the Down payment & Advance Payment Sales
    Competencies :
    • Good Interpersonal skill
    • Good telephone and communication skills – is professional and can speak confidently over the phone
    • Customer Centric Focus  
    • Read and speak Basic English 
    • Possesses positive attitude and is results oriented - A team player  
    • Results Focus/Oriented to complete tasks
    • Good Time Management
    • Priors experience in admin roles (junior level is acceptable)
    • Has basic computer skills in MS, especially Excel
    Mandatory :
    • Minimum High School or Diploma in Business or Engineering field
    • Able to read and communicate in basic English
    • Minimum 2 years working experience
    • Good interpersonal and phone  communication skills
    Preferred :
    • Good communication and friendly character
    • Consistent worker and management of assigned tasks and schedule
    • Willing to be based in Bekasi Barat
