JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Ensure instrument analytical turnaround time (uptime/repair/maintenance)
  • Manage customer relationship and thoroughly plan, prepare and follow up customer visits (pre-call plan, post-call notes)
  • Identify customer training requirements, and coach customers and share knowledge (education)
  • Identify and resolve customer pain points (troubleshooting)
  • Renewals of most of the assigned accounts (adhering to standard renewals procedures)
  • First line level service/fixes
  • Strong customer intimacy activities by build great business rapport
  • Pricing management
  • Strong business sense to increase current utilization
JOB REQUIRMENTS
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Engineering (Mechanical), Medical Science, Engineering (Mechatronic/Electromechanical) or equivalent.
  • At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Strong people management and communication skills

  • Computer skills (word, excel, power point, internet savvy)
