DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

  • Receiving and handling incoming telephone calls (local & international calls)
  • Administering incoming documents and faxes and the distribution to related person.
  • Welcoming guest and coordinate with relevant employee.
  • Monitoring and controlling stationery consumption.
  • Arranging greeting cards, flowers, and gifts as required.
  • Controlling the use of meeting room.
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, any field.
  • Required skill(s): Communication Skill, Customer Service, Administration Duties.
  • Required language(s): English
  • At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor)s specializing in Clerical/Administrative Support or equivalent.
  • Full-Time position(s) available.
