    • Perform work exclusively according to the superior’s instructions and under the superior’s regular supervision
    • Produce good quality working papers, documented and conclusive
    • Responsible for work performed and for adhering to deadlines
    • Accountable of pending matters on on-going assignment
    • Clear review notes made by superiors
    • Report to superior any issues, problems encountered on assignment in a timely manner
    • Provide guidance to downline (if in-charge)
    • Actively assist superior in the follow up of the progress of the assignment
    • Develop professional audit and accounting knowledges,
    • Develop communication skills in relations with the clients
    • Develop skills for working with auditor tools (software, questionnaires, etc.)
    • Education achieved: University (complete 4-year studies in economics, with expected GPA of 3 at least)
    • Professional qualifications:
      • Not Applicable, but will to start PPAK certification (Ak) would be a plus
    • Years of experience in KAP: at least 1 year.
    • Specific knowledge and skills:
      • Good knowledge of English language (ability to comprehend professional texts, ability to be understood in speech and in writing)
      • Practical knowledge of Indonesian accounting and auditing standards (PSAK and Indo GAAS)
      • Theoretical knowledge of IFRS & IAS
      • Advanced knowledge of MS Office, and
      • Corresponding knowledge of audit techniques (active knowledge)

    Kesimpulan Review

    • Lingkungan kerja di dalam perusahaan ini sudah cukup nyaman. Selain itu, perusahaan juga memiliki rekan kerja yang cukup kooperatif dalam bekerja.
    • Perusahaan memberika voucher taxi untuk perjalanan. Selain itu, lingkungan kerja juga sudah cukup nyaman. Karyawan di perusahaan juga sudah cukup kooperatif.
    • Tidak ada upah lembur yang diberikan perusahaan kepada karyawannya. Selain itu, ruang audit AC nya kurang dingin karena AC split bukan AC central.
    • Perusahaan dirasa perlu memberikan tunjangan berupa asuransi kesehatan kepada karyawannya. Selain itu, gaji yang diberikan perusahaan pun masih dirasa kurang kompetitif.
