DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

  • Welcoming guests, workers and visitors with greeting
  • Response and assist guests and visitors to referring inquiries
  • Answer all incoming calls and handle callers inquiries
  • Received, directed, passed on telephone and fax message
  • Sorting and distribute posts
  • Handle meeting room booking
  • In charge in general office needed
  • Assist in some HR & GA responsibilities
 
Requirements:
 
  • Maximum age 30 years old
  • Good attitude, attractive and good looking
  • At least 2 years of working experience in the same  position
  • Candidate must possess at least Senior High School or Diploma from any field
  • Good communication skill
  • Able and fluent to speak in English
  • Good knowledge on administrative things will be an advantage
  • Able to operate Ms. Office (word, excel & power point)
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Kemayoran & Sunter Area
