    • Responsible for all Human Resources functions
    • Responsible in recruitment & selection process, from advertising, selection, administer psychological test, if required, prepare letter of employment, induction program for new employee and employee relation
    • Responsible for payroll process and calculation overtime for drivers and office boy
    • Handling personnel administration, manage training schedule & implementation
    • Prepare any letters needed by company; to maintain and develop an efficient filing system for all confidential papers and letters
    Requirements :
    • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Human Resource Management, Psychology or equivalent
    • Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia
    • At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
    • Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor)s specializing in Clerical / Administrative Support or equivalent
    • Full-Time position(s) available
    • Temporary for 3-6 months
