Memiliki pengalaman kerja dibidang HRD, minimal 1 tahun
Memiliki pengalaman menangani kegiatan recruitment, paham alat tes psikologi
Punya pengetahuan tentang hubungan industrial
Memiliki kemampuan administrasi yang baik
Memiliki kemampuan perencanaan dan analisa yang baik
Bersedia melakukan perjalanan dinas ke remote area
Tugas dan tanggung jawab:
1. Bertanggung jawab dalam pemenuhan SDM (screening, interview, psikotes)
2. Mengelola database karyawan
3. Mengelola data absensi
4. Mengelola administrasi asuransi
5. Pembuatan report

Fajar Surya Swadaya is a  business group which develops forest plantation with resources in Kalimantan, Indonesia.

Fajar Surya Swadaya commenced business in 2008 and is a private Indonesia registered and operated company.
Fajar Surya Swadaya operates three forest plantation concessions in Kalimantan.  Operations are co-ordinated from a Corporate Head Quarter located in Jakarta.

Our professional plantation team is currently focussing on infrastructure development, plantation establishment, maintenance and protection.  Future development will include integration of harvesting, processing and trading of forest products processed from logs grown in our plantations.
