DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Responsibilities:
 
  • Incumbent needs to assisit in MIS & planning function for brands Mothercare, ELC, Gingersnaps, Justice, PumpkinPatch, TM Lewin, Karen Millen,Coast, Coach, Women'secret and Yo'Panino.
  • Participate in Group Weekly, Monthly, quarterly and Annual reporting & planning function and with various MIS reports perodically.
  • Assist in planning and reporting Sales, margins, markdowns and Inventory levels.
  • Support with information to analyze sales trend and profitability versus previous periods week/ month/ year.
  • Collect and consolidate monthly budgets and upload into system.
  • Provide detailed inventory reports on weekly, monthy,qyarterly intervals to understand incoming stock, Loading of CIF, pricing, IM and week cover.
  • Generate key topline and COGS reports periodically and circulate to key stakeholders.
  • Keep a record of Key significant events and correlation with Sales, EOSS, Launch, marketting events,National holidays.
  • Need to interact with mall management & record weekly Mall Traffic in our system to get periodic reports and analysis of trend.
  • Generates and compile reports and assist in measuring KPI / KRIs of HO teams basis available MIS
    Other job related duties as may be assigned.
 
Requirements:
 
  • Bachelor degree in Accounting from reputable University.
  • Minimum 1 year experience in Finance Accounting preferably having experience in Financial Planning or finance in Retail industry.
  • Good at operating Ms. Office (Excel, Word).
  • Detail oriented.

Komisi yang diberikan setiap bulan cukup memuaskan dan lumayan untuk menambah penghasilan karyawan. Selain itu, perusahaan juga mempunyai brand ternama.

Cons

Untuk perhitungan komisi untuk saat ini semakin berkurang setiap bulannya. Selain itu, untuk naik jabatan bukan hal yang mudah karena masih kurang terbuka.
