DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Responsiblities :
  • Responsible for proactive relationship building with customers
  • Handling customer inquiries both telephonically and e-mail
  • Identyfying, escalate priority issues, and resolve customer complaints and concern by investigating problems
  • Completing call logs and produce call reports
  • Attend all company meeting, trainings and share applicable information with management and staff
  • Filling incident reports documents
  • Demontrate a high level of professionalism, honesty, integrity and work ethics
Requirements :
  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor's Degree from reputable Universities with minimum GPA 2,8
  • Expert in Computer Skills, Especially in MS Office Application (Ms. Word, Ms. Excell, Ms. Power Point)
  • English minimum Passive and has excellent communication skill
  • Experience minimum 1 year in a call center environment (Inbond/Outbond)
  • Excellent problem-resolution skill and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, high volume environment
  • Flexibility in responding to change or business needs
  • Display good adjustment, good analytical thinking, highly organized and proactive customer development
  • Love challenge, good interpersonal skill, honest, hard worker, high pace and high endurance
