DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Job Desc :
  • Responsible in providing administrative and clerical assistance to directors.
  • Responsible in creating and organizing memorandums and schedules.
  • Processing all outgoing communication in the form of emails, letters, etc.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned

Qualification :
 
  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, secretarial or equivalent.
  • At least 2 years of working exp in the related field, especially in law firm or other law institution
  • Fluent in English, both oral and written.
  • Good Communication skills.
  • Strong knowledge of MS office, such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Good Endurance and Hard Worker.
  • Age between 27-35
