Job Desc :
- Responsible in providing administrative and clerical assistance to directors.
- Responsible in creating and organizing memorandums and schedules.
- Processing all outgoing communication in the form of emails, letters, etc.
- Performs other related duties as assigned
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, secretarial or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of working exp in the related field, especially in law firm or other law institution
- Fluent in English, both oral and written.
- Good Communication skills.
- Strong knowledge of MS office, such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Good Endurance and Hard Worker.
- Age between 27-35
