- Monitor Job Order / Work Order (JO / WO) given with clients.
- Monitor and mapping the area to the work load Technical Support (TS).
- Exam the report before give it to Operational Manager avoid mistakes.
- Monitor Admin Account or Technical Support overtime in order to meet existing targets that can be made the submission for approval to the Operational Manager.
- Asking overtime Admin Account and Technical Support that had been approved by it to the Operations Manager so that it can be done overtime payments.
- Implement coordination meeting with the team once a week so that operations can be monitored and run well.
- To evaluate the success of the performance of the Admin Account and Technical Support which they are responsible so that performance can be increased.
- Motivate and develop operational teams under his responsibility in order to work properly and vibrant.
- Bachelor Degree any major with GPA > 3.00
- Detailed oriented, pleasant personality, dynamic and friendly
- Organized, can manage team of technicians nationwide to meet schedules and deadlines
- Have a good leadership and communication
- Have working experience as coordinator will be an advantage
- To be located at Jakarta area
- Recent graduates will be considered
