- Coordinate with distributors on the coverage area to achieve monthly sales target
- Create marketing & sales strategy together with distributor to boost sales value to achieve and maintaning market share
- Monitoring and analyzing sales performance weekly, monthly, quarterly and annually,
- Coaching & developing the skill of sales team
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor Degree, any field.
- Required language(s): Mandarin, English
- At least 5 year(s) of working experience in relevant industries like B2B ( Building Material, Plastic, Paper, Packaging, Chemical etc )
